Wowww, se viene la venta de entradas para festivales , y este tambien es uno de los mejores. Hoy se confirmaron estas bandas:
AC/DC, STONE TEMPLE PILOTS, THEM CROOKED VULTURES Confirmed For U.K.'s DOWNLOAD Festival - Jan. 25, 2010
AC/DC, STONE TEMPLE PILOTS, THEM CROOKED VULTURES and DEFTONES are among the confirmed bands for this year's Download festival,set to take place June 11-13, 2010 at Donington Park, united Kingdom.
The following acts are slated to appear at this year's event:
AC/DC :speechless
STONE TEMPLE PILOTS
THEM CROOKED VULTURES
DEFTONES
BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE
MEGADETH :speechless
MOTÖRHEAD
WOLFMOTHER
VOLBEAT
More acts will be announced soon.
Andy Copping, Download festival promoter, commented: "Download 2010 will be one for the history books. It will see the return of the world's greatest rock band to the most legendary and spiritual home of rock. We have been pushing for this moment for many years, but for this to become reality alongside the likes of THEM CROOKED VULTURES, MOTÖRHEAD and MEGADETH is the best 30th anniversary of the site we could have dreamed of, it's also going to be a fantastic tribute to Maurice Jones who started this all off back in 1980."
John Probyn, COO Live Nation, added, "The Donington site and its continuing flexibility should take some of the credit for the longevity and success of both Monsters of Rock and Download festival. We are thrilled that our 30-year association with the site will be marked not only with a superb line-up, but also by the expansion of Download 2010 to accommodate more festival-goers than ever."
Weekend tickets for Download 2010 go on on Friday, January 29 at sale 9:00 a.m

He mentions that AC/DC will headline Sunday, with Metallica headlining Friday. This makes it likely that Soundgarden will headline Saturday if Brisk’s sources are indeed correct (I’m hoping so!). He also says there is a possibility that Soundgarden, Stone Temple Pilots, and Alice In Chains could all play the same day.

Para mi es uno de los mejores festivales del mundo, pero no le gana al wacken, pero q' bueno q' AC / DC este ahi si fuera millonario iria xD
